“Manage Your Emotions, Achieve Inner Peace”  is designed to support you, help you reflect, and find tools that allow you to manage your emotions, reduce stress, and feel more at peace with yourself. This class combines mindfulness techniques, ontological coaching, and emotional intelligence to provide a safe space for reflection and learning. Each session includes practical exercises and moments of guided introspection that will help you connect with your emotions and better understand them. This class will be in SPANISH.
